The company was founded by Late Syed Ibrahim Ali Qandhari in the year 1952. He managed to utilize the previous techniques and extended their use in the areas now forming Qaidabad, Landhi, Karachi.

Mr. Syed Sher Ali Qandhari, the renowned Iron Man behind Flour Mills, on the demise of his father Mr. Syed Ibrahim Ali Qandhari based on expansion programme carried the concern further with his untiring struggle & tactful efforts he managed to give a strong base to the set-up.

In the year 1954 the trade interests included wide range of Food Grain, Oil, Ghee Sugar & allied items and the concern came into full bloom with rapid spreading of publicity in the surrounding areas of Landhi, Korangi, Malir, Shah Faisal Colony & ultimately the user mills in the city of Karachi and province as a whole showed favorable signs of dependence for these items.
